Even without a lot of training, you probably know that eating real food and getting more protein is a great start. What you need is to develop self-accountability. You need to develop awareness and take control of your habits and triggers. A meal plan is a lazy way to do something so you have something to blame when it doesn’t work. “Well, I tried…🤦🏽” What you think, what you eat, and what you demand of your body.
