Before I knew it, I had dropped 14 pounds and had set records in almost every lift, and I felt great. It is an understatement to say I went from skeptic to advocate.

I have learned that, despite my nearly complete and total failure to take care of myself physically all these years, I can improve my level of fitness, reverse adverse health conditions, and improve my quality of life through 2 simple processes: nutrition and exercise.
