Coach Bronson has been guiding and training people in health and fitness for over 10 years. He started CrossFit around his 40th birthday and quickly fell in love with the variety, community, coaching, and results. It didn’t take long for him to realize that learning more about fitness and becoming a coach was the next path his life was taking.

Coach Bronson opened a CrossFit gym in 2014. As a gym owner, helping people with their overall health and fitness he developed successful programs to improve his client’s quality of life and physical freedom consistently and sustainably.

In 2018 Coach Bronson discovered how an animal-based nutrition lifestyle optimized his metabolic health and performance. Since then, he has designed specific methods to use both nutrition and fitness to radically improve the lives of people all over the world.

Coach Bronson is the author of “The Ultimate Ketogenic Fitness Book: A complete guide to optimizing Keto for a better quality of life“. He offers a coaching program, one on one consultations, and runs a very successful 10-week health and fitness challenge for people from all walks of life.

Following the overwhelming success of seasons, one and two of ‘Reversed’, Charles and the producers are working on creating another amazing season that will take a new set of guests mixed with the top experts in the space to another exciting location!

The new season will come with more exciting twists and turns as we will introduce the carnivore way of living, along with Intermittent fasting. The guests will be put in situations where they will be pushed to make the changes to live a better overall quality of life. 

The results of the guests from seasons 1 & 2 have been truly amazing and they have maintained their changes and have become advocates for diabetes and better health.  Some guests and experts from season one will be brought back to be house mentors and experts.

This is my first time using an online coach and program. I'm using Bronson's beginner program and doing things I never thought I would do. He pushes you without making you want to stop. I didn't know if I would like working out at home using an app, I was used to pushing play on a DVD and following along. But this is so much better, I go at my pace and can really focus on my form. And I really like how the workouts change every week, no chance of becoming bored with this program! The online accountability and banter is motivating and fun, too!
