Let’s find out if it makes sense for you to participate this One-on-One Fitness and Nutrition program. I’ll be coaching you through 3 workouts a week and following a super effective, animal-foods based, nutrition program that will help you lose fat and build muscle.
Work with your coach
You will receive a nutrition guide that walks you through the basics of what you need to meet your nutrition goals. Once per week, we’ll have a video call check-in to see how your doing, plan the next week and set you up for success.

At 47 years old, I have several years of experience in health and fitness. As a Physical Fitness and US Army Combatives instructor and as the owner of a Health and Fitness Center, I have spent many years helping people improve their health and physical performance.
Through my own experience and struggle with managing my weight and trying to find the best way to stay strong and active as I get older, I’ve learned valuable lessons that I’ve built into The APEX TRAINING SYSTEM.
I designed the fitness program to increase your body’s capacity to do work. The goal is to make you stronger and ready to take on whatever the world throws at you.
I’ll teach you how to follow an animal-based nutrition plan that prioritizes protein-rich foods and eliminates any foods that cause interference with the optimal function of our bodies.
I will help you understand what it takes to unlock your potential, achieve real progress, and make yourself into the version of a man you can be proud of.
