I built this program to be different from any other program. Regular fitness programs are designed based on current standards of fitness. That means, you have to modify “down” to find what works for you. The Beginner Fitness Program is different. 

Instead of setting the standard based on other people, this program allows you to start where you are and progress at your own pace. You modify “up” based on your improvement, not your limitations.

You can do it, and you will learn so much about what you need to have a happy life with lots of support.
