Coach Bronson CPT, CCFT, BCS
I got my first CrossFit certification over 10 years ago. Since then I’ve trained with some of the best in the world in powerlifting, CrossFit, and other fitness programs and sports. I have spent years studying, and training to get dozens of certifications.
None of them mean anything if they don’t help me help people get better. Helping you find solutions to the things that are holding you back is what drives me forward. Your success is my WHY.
In my 40’s, I lost 70 pounds, healed from severe IBS and Urgent Bowels, and at 50 years old, I’m living my best life. I understand the challenges and battles you face everyday. I’ve been both fat and fit off and on a few times. After many years of trial and error, I finally put it all together and figured out how to make it last a lifetime.
I’ve put everything I’ve learned about health and fitness into the F2 Method to help as many people as I can experience how amazing personal, physical freedom is. If you need a place to start or somewhere to find a tribe and dig yourself out of the piles of conflicting information and marketing, you’re in the right place.

I am a Certified Primal Health Coach who strives to help others suffering from similar health issues I did. Through an integrative approach, I assist people by creating sustainable changes in their lives to become their most vibrant, healthy and fulfilled selves.
I began my own journey towards health and wellness in July, 2020, after years of unhealthy living and even more unhealthy relationships with food and exercise. The overwhelming desire to help others learn how to change their unhealthy patterns and heal their bodies grew in me as I went along my own journey. So in the summer of 2022, I enrolled in Primal Health Institute to learn about proper, ancestral living. I am what I refer to as a “weight loss surgery survivor” as I had WLS in 2011, which nearly killed me in 2015. Through that ordeal I discovered my underlying issues with food did not resolve by going under the knife. Having the knowledge I do now, and making proactive, healthy changes, has resulted in significant healing in almost all other aspects of life as well.

My name is Isabel Lopez “Paleo Lola”, I am a Certified Primal Health Coach, and my goal is to help women lose weight, get toned, and get their confidence back. I became a Primal Health Coach in 2017, but I have been following aPaleo/Primal Lifestyle since 2008. I was introduced to it by way of Crossfit which I also did for many years. From the moment I started, following the Paleo Diet I saw immediate improvement to my health in more ways than one. I began to study it more in depth and found my passion. Since I had my first child and continue to embrace a Primal Lifestyle not only with myself but my son as well. I aim to influence our community towards a healthier future for us and our children.

What is the main difference between the F² Bootcamp and other programs?
The F2 Bootcamp is a combination of all the good things about group challenges and one-on-one coaching. Everyone get personal feedback and group accountability. You’ll be part of a small team that is focused on helping each other get better!
How do I get a Refund if I change my mind?

What do you use for group calls?
We use Zoom for group. You one call each monthy with your team and another one with all of Coach Bronson’s members. You’ll get a link and a reminder for both monthly calls!
Nutrition and Coaching Feedback
You’ll get a personal tracking sheet where your coach will provide feedback every week. You’ll also have group chat in the team app, and you can always engage with everyone in the facebook group!
Do I need to track calories?
No, the methods we’ll use on based on the actual food you eat not calories. You will track and gather data so that we can make the best decisions based on good information
Do I need fitness equipment?
You don’t have to use equipment, but it is recommended. Here is a suggested equipment list. This is a general list. Weight options will vary for each person. These are ranges for men and women as a point of reference. Start with weights you think you can handle. If you can go heavier that’s a great thing!!
What does the App look like?
The Fitness has a mobile or PC interface. It provides detailed instructions for daily workouts. There is a place to record your performance and there are videos available for every exercise. you can learn more about the app HERE
What if I’m not following a ketogenic diet?
You do not have to be on following a Ketogenic diet in order to get coaching. My method does follow a process for reducing carbs from your diet. It’s a safe process and each person is worked with individually. In order to have the most success, following a Ketogenic diet will be your best option.
What if I’m Vegan/Vegetarian?
My method is built on animal-based protein and fat sources. It will be very difficult to participate if you are limiting or removing a majority of meats from your diet.
