It’s a very well rounded workout. I liked how it challenged me to go heavier with less reps. I usually curate my own routine so I don’t get bored but sometimes it takes too much time to figure it out. This way I just reviewed the outline, looked at the videos for guidance and got to it. Jaime Seeman M.D. FACOG
Dr. Jaime Seeman is known as Doctor Fit & Fabulous and for good reason. She’s a former college athlete with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. After her career for the University of Nebraska she attended medical school and is now a board certified OBGYN in private practice in Omaha, NE. She’s a fellow in Integrative Medicine and a board certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist.
She returned back into the fitness world after overcoming her own health struggles in 2015. She is a mom of three young daughters, a wife, a doctor, a business owner and a highly respected nutrition and fitness advocate.
