You MUST BE:
- A Woman
- 40 years old or older
- willing to follow a low carb diet for 8 weeks (25g of carbs, max)
- willing to workout a minimum of 3 times per week for 8 weeks
- willing to record your body composition weekly for 8 weeks
- willing to report your daily macro intake for 8 weeks
That’s it. We’re looking for team members who will be consistent and contribute to solid and reliable data.
For being part of the challenge you will receive, on loan, an InBody At-Home Smart Weight Scale to use the entire 8 weeks. You will have an opportunity to purchase the device at a good discount at the end of the challenge.
You will also get 8 weeks of FREE access to the APEX Training System At Home Functional Fitness Program. You don’t need a lot of equipment or space to do this program.
Coach Bronson is also providing SPECIFIC nutrition guidelines for you to follow for the length of the challenge.
Every Week there will be a group zoom call to ensure your engagement, answer questions, and help support you through the process.
