I’m a beginner, can I do this?

YES!! If you’ve never seen the inside of a gym, you can still use this program to get yourself in shape. Here’s how.

  1. Be willing to learn and try new things
  2. Use the chat feature in the app and ask questions
  3. Watch the videos and read the descriptions
  4. Be patient with yourself, it takes time to learn but it’s well worth it!
  5. Pay attention to other people’s questions and what the answers are.

Everything can be modified to fit you and your situation. All you have to do is ask for help.


What equipment should I have?

Suggested equipment list:
*This is a general list. Weight options will vary for each person. These are ranges for men and women as a point of reference.
*Start with weights you think you can handle. If you can go heavier that’s a great thing!!

How do I know what weight to use?

Every workout that has a target weight or height. The best way to determine what weight you should use, is to warm up the movement with light weight and take a few sets to do the movement with progressively heavier weight until you get something challenging based on the workout instructions. It’s OK, if you aren’t at the written target weight. Do what’s best for you. You’ll get there.

What if I can’t do something?

First, there is always something you CAN do. Scaling the movements and exercises are what make the program fit your needs. We try to offer as many options as we can that allow you to modify the workouts based on your fitness level, experience, or physical limitations. There are 3 ways we do this.

1. Each week we give you a summary video of the workouts for that week and discuss scaling options for each one.

2. Each workout has a detailed description with scaling options and sometimes extra videos to help you know what to do.

3. Anytime you aren’t sure. Ask. You can use the chat feature in the app to post any question about scaling or modifications. Helping you get what you need is what we’re here for.

It’s a very well rounded workout. I liked how it challenged me to go heavier with less reps. I usually curate my own routine so I don’t get bored but sometimes it takes too much time to figure it out. This way I just reviewed the outline, looked at the videos for guidance and got to it. It also gives me insight to my progress all in one app.

Jaime Seeman M.D. FACOG

Dr. Jaime Seeman is known as Doctor Fit & Fabulous and for good reason. She’s a former college athlete with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. After her career for the University of Nebraska, she attended medical school and is now a board-certified OBGYN in private practice in Omaha, NE. She’s a fellow in Integrative Medicine and a board-certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist.

She returned back into the fitness world after overcoming her own health struggles in 2015. She is a mom of three young daughters, a wife, a doctor, a business owner, and a highly respected nutrition and fitness advocate.


As a Physical Fitness and US Army Combatives instructor, and as the owner of a health and fitness center, I have spent many years helping people improve their health and physical performance.
