                    When does the program start?

                    The first Zoom call is on Jan 9th!

                    What is the main difference between the Group Coaching Program and VIP?

                    The group coaching will have from 5-10 people in it and have group meetings and support in the Facebook group. The VIP option is basically like a mentorship with Coach Bronson. You will have access to communicate with him via text. He will review your data and tracking info personally and provide individual feedback directly to you, one-on-one.

                    What are the payment plan options? 

                    When you checkout, there is an option to select alternative methods of payment before you checkout.

                    Step 1. You have to use “Shopify Pay” as your payment method.

                    Step 2. Select “Pay in Monthly Installments”, then follow the instructions when you go to checkout.

                    How do I get a Refund if I change my mind?

                    You have until you access any of the services, documentation, or apps provided by the program or 48 hours to request a refund.                     What do you use for group and individual calls?

                    I use Zoom for group and individual calls. I also use a personal video recording app called Loom that lets me send video messages to you directly.

                    Nutrition and Coaching Feedback

                    We will work together in a few different ways. Depending on the version of the program you sign-up for, you can get feedback in the group calls, in your weekly feedback worksheets, in recorded video feedback,  one-on-one video calls, or text message support.

                    Do I need to track calories?

                    No, the methods we’ll use is based on the actual food you eat not calories. You will track and gather data so that we can make the best decisions based on good information.

                    Do I need fitness equipment? 

                    You don’t have to use equipment, but it is recommended. Here is a suggested equipment list. This is a general list. Weight options will vary for each person. These are ranges for men and women as a point of reference. Start with weights you think you can handle. If you can go heavier that’s a great thing!!

                    2, Kettlebells 5lbs up to 35lbs each
                    2, Dumbbells 5lbs up to 35lbs each
                    Resistance bands – 5, 10, 20, and 40-pound bands

                    What does the App look like?

                    The Fitness has a mobile or PC interface. It provides detailed instructions for daily workouts. There is a place to record your performance and there are videos available for every exercise. you can learn more about the app HERE

                    What if I’m not following a ketogenic diet? 

                    You do not have to be on following a Ketogenic diet in order to get coaching. My method does follow a process for reducing carbs from your diet. It’s a safe process and each person is worked with individually. In order to have the most success, following a Ketogenic diet will be your best option.

                    What if I’m Vegan/Vegetarian?

                    My method is built on animal-based protein and fat sources. It will be very difficult to participate if you are limiting or removing a majority of meats from your diet.
