I’ve lost over 70 pounds, healed from severe IBS and Urgent Bowels, and at 50 years old, I’m living my best life. I put everything I’ve learned about health and fitness into my book and the services I provide to help people get better.

The F² Method is a holistic evaluation of an individual’s lifestyle, environment, and goals; using an understanding of evidence-based health concepts and principles to build a sustainable plan that measurably improves their quality of life.
