Functional Fitness Training for anyone who wants to be better for themselves and their families

I’m so pumped to continue this journey. I know I was thinking of myself as an
athlete in the past tense. This program is changing that. Now I know I can reach my health,
fitness, body composition, and lifestyle goals while being a dad and running a business. More
than just my body changing, my outlook has changed. I’m looking forward to being a total
badass, even when I’m as old as Bronson!

Joining this program has been awesome. My lungs are opening back up again and I am using muscles that have been idle for a while. I am glad to be back in motion again. Not only have I  lost weight but I was able to reduce my blood pressure medicine from 320mg once a day to 40mg once a week.
