This is my first time using an online coach and program. I'm using Bronson's beginner program and doing things I never thought I would do. He pushes you without making you want to stop. He provides good resources so you know how to do the moves and guidance. You can contact him any time and he will get back to you with an answer. I didn't know if I would like working out at home using an app, I was used to pushing play on a DVD and following along. But this is so much better, I go at my pace and can really focus on my form. And I really like how the workouts change every week, no chance of becoming bored with this program! The online accountability and banter is motivating and fun, too!

Bronson is a great coach. He seeks to really understand your goals and he holds you accountable to achieving them...which is something I really appreciate. As someone who worked with Bronson both on fitness and nutrition, I highly recommend him...he doesn’t just talk-the-talk...he walks-the-walk...meaning that he practices what he preaches. Again...great Coach to have in your corner as you pursue your health goals.
